WOOD ASH GLAZES

Dulwich Festival, Artist' Open House, South London, MW Makes, Tokocha Studio, Hokolo London, Candice Lau, Tomoko Hori Jewellery

Dulwich Festival Artists’ Open House is back this year with nearly 400 exhibiting artists. I am thrilled to be part of a group show hosted by Jen Taylor of Hokolo London with 5 other inspiring designers makers at her home under the ESEA Designers Makers banner. Jen's word below have been modified for this site.

Since the beginning of the Covid pandemic, we have seen a rise in Anti-Asian hate crimes around the world. As a Hong Kong born Chinese living in London Jen felt the urge to highlight positivities and bring together the East and Southeast Asian community, and founded @esea.designers.makers

ESEA Designers Makers is a design collective promoting and celebrating the creative talents of East Southeast Asian designers makers in the UK.

The Artists’ Open House this May will be the first group exhibition featuring 6 members from the ESEA Designers Makers community.

I will be  exhibiting alongside Jen of @hokolo_london, Tomoko @tomokohorijewellery, Candice @studiocandicelau Michelle @mwmakes and Fabienne @tokocha.studio
